Refund policy
At this time, we are not accepting any returns. Unless the item was received damaged.
* We are also not responsible for any item that goes missing during or after delivery.
We do have a 7-day "Fix It" policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to contact us with the problem you are having.
To be eligible for a "Fix It," your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your "Fix It" is accepted, we’ll send you the next steps and instructions on how we can continue to satisfy all our loyal and new customers.
Please keep in mind that any items sent back to us without first contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
However, please keep in mind that you are responsible for paying for the shipment.
